Union leaders visit production workshops to conduct high-temperature welfare activities ——“Bringing coolness, care, and safety” to support frontline production safety

On July 28, 2025, the sun blazed down, and the heat was stifling. To genuinely care for employees working on the front lines in high temperatures and ensure safe production during the summer, a delegation of union leaders, including Ye Xiongfei, Chairman of the Company's Trade Union; Huang Fei, Vice Chairman of the Trade Union; and Tan Yongjun, Assistant to the General Manager and Head of the Production Department, visited the workshop site to conduct a “Bringing Coolness, Care, and Safety” high-temperature welfare activity. They distributed heatstroke prevention and cooling supplies to front-line production employees and extended their condolences and gratitude to all employees.

The consolation team distributed anti-heat medications, refreshing beverages, towels, and other consolation items to employees in each workshop, and thoroughly inquired about the intensity of work and the implementation of anti-heat measures. Union Chairman Ye Xiongfei emphasized that All employees are the cornerstone of the company's development. In the face of continuous high temperatures and humidity, all departments and workshops must ensure the proper distribution of anti-heat supplies to create a safe and comfortable working environment for employees. In line with the characteristics of summer safety production, strict implementation of “heat prevention, fatigue prevention, and accident prevention” measures was required for workshop equipment operation, electrical safety, and fire safety facilities. Workshops must continue to strengthen safety standards for high-temperature operations and conduct regular inspections of workshops and teams to ensure “zero hazards and zero accidents”!
