Fostering Learning through Competition, Returning with Honors — Three of Our Employees Achieve Outstanding Results in the District Robot Welding Skills Competition

From August 29 to 30, 2026, the2026 Wujin National High‑Tech Industrial Development Zone Robot Welding Skills Competition, hosted by the Federation of Trade Unions of Wujin National High‑Tech Industrial Development Zone, kicked off to great fanfare at the School of Intelligent Manufacturing, Changzhou Polytechnic College of Engineering and Technology. Three representatives from our company — Wang Xiang and Liu Shoucong of the Engineering Department, and Yang Daojun from the Structural Components Workshop — took part in the event alongside peers from other enterprises within the development zone.

Over the two‑day contest, which included both a theoretical assessment and a practical skills competition, our three contestants rose to the challenges with composure and a methodical mindset, fully demonstrating solid technical know‑how and fine professional conduct. In the end, Wang Xiang won the Individual Third Prize for his robust skills and impressive performance; Liu Shoucong and Yang Daojun each received an Excellence Award.

The competition broadened the participants’ horizons and helped them identify areas for further improvement. These three colleagues have brought honor to our company.
